Jessica is co-vicar of St John’s and an ordained priest in the Anglican Diocese of Wellington, serving the Parish of Trentham alongside her husband Simon. Her ministry reaches well beyond Sunday — you’ll find more of her writing, speaking and online ministry as Rev. Jessie at revjessie.com.
Jessica graduated from the University of Otago with an LLB in 2000 and brings a background in investigations and prosecutions. Alongside parish life she is a director of a Wellington technology company, where she leads its security and cyber-forensics team — multi-disciplinary investigations into fraud, employment disputes and relationship-property matters, work that asks for precision and people skills in equal measure.
Together with Simon she shares a home full of teenagers, labradoodles and parishioners — and a conviction that Trentham is worth their prayers and their love.
